Cracked Nipple??

This is my first time breastfeeding (strictly pumping and feeding) and my right nipple has been hurting the last couple days and when I looked at it there is what looks like a red cut on it. I assumed it was a cracked nipple. I’ve only heard of it and never experienced it so i’m unsure. But I put the frida nipple balm on it and it didn’t help. As well as the Lansinoh cream and it still hasn’t changed. Is there something else I should try or is that even a cracked nipple?? I’m so new to this. Any advice would be appreciated.
