What does this mean??

Can someone please interpret this ultrasound impression? This is the report from the ER. Gestational age is accurate.

A single early intrauterine pregnancy is identified. Average estimated gestational age is 9 weeks 0 days. A fetal heart rate is identified at 182 beats per minute. Gestational sac size is not discordant
with crown-rump length.

I’m more so trying to understand what “Gestational sac size is not discordant with crown-rump length” means. Any help? Thanks!
