HCG levels

So I had my lmp April 13, and i found out 5 days before my period was due that we are pregnant. I went the following day to have bloodwork drawn to check my hcg levels and for confirmation of pregnancy, My first level as you see was 59. I then repeated lab work the next 2 days to confirm my levels were rising. After i went for my 4th draw, my drs office called me and i spoke with the nurse who informed me that my levels weren’t just doubling but they tripled. She stated that it could be an indicator that we conceived twins, but it also wasn’t a for sure thing. The ultrasound would have to confirm that. Have any of you ladies ever been told this before, and also do my levels look fine to you all? I thought that something wasn’t right with my levels as to me they look so low. But then again i do know every woman is different. 😉😀
