New group

Leigh

I know that a lot of women deal with POP issues, about 50% to what i understand. And i was so excited when i found this group in my tracker app, but then realized not a lot of new posting is going on.

I'm not trying to steal people from here, but if there are women here looking for help and support, i started a group as well called pelvic prolapse support. I was diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse, level 2 with pushing, and cystocele. So I'm going to a Physio therapist for pelvic floor rehab, and I've read here where so many women can't afford or aren't able to get to one themselves with these issues.

So in my group I'll be sharing what my physio is teaching me. Now granted it's not a one size fix all thing, but for those with similar issues or level 1, I'm hoping this helps some women. These exercises are for women looking to strengthen their core and lift the cervix and vaginal tissues back up and in. I have hypertonic pelvic floor, which means a lot of tension, which is very common due to stress and lifestyle.

So basically all I'm learning while attending a Physio I'll be sharing in the group. If anyone is actively looking for help here, please check it out and i hope it helps.

Have a blessed day!
