Scan report numbers, help please

I’ve posted a few times, I apologise if I’m repetitive.

I had a growth scan at 29+1,

PI was 0.83

MPD was 46.6mm (4.66cm)

Baby was measuring 3rd centile.

I went triage a few times this week for reduced movements.

They monitored for 30 minutes each time and said all is fine because baby moved a few times. But she’s completely off pattern and doesn’t move around as much as she use too.

Today I had a scan to check the fluid levels and placenta.

I’m 30+5

PI was 0.95

MPD was 39.8mm (3.98cm)

I have another growth scan in a few days.

Am I losing fluid? Should I be concerned as both PI and MPD numbers are getting lower? Could that be because baby is getting bigger or ..? I’m just confused and I called the midwife to explain and she said she can’t because she doesn’t have my information.
