Gestational diabetes but great blood sugar?

Al

I'm 7 weeks and I failed my 1 hour glucose test. They said since I have PCOS and I failed the 1 hour then that means I have gestational diabetes and there is no need for the 3 hour glucose test. I started testing my blood sugar levels 4 times a day and every time I test my levels are perfect, ranging from 80-110. I even had a high sugar and high carb lunch, just to see what would happen, and it was only 108 an hour afterwards. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Is this normal or is my diagnosis wrong? I have an appointment with a dietitian tomorrow and I will talk to them about this but I wanted to see if anyone else was diagnosed with gestational but had good blood sugar throughout their pregnancy. Thank you! 💕
