Vaginal skin tearing!

Kinda TMI & embarrassing but I’m 33 weeks & I’ve been having an issue with my vagina.

It got really swollen to the point of being painful for a couple of days & now that it’s stopped, no matter how gentle I am every time I wipe, scratch or touch I tear my inner labia to the point of bleeding! It’s like all of the sudden the skin there is as thin as tissue paper. It stings so bad😫

I remember getting swollen with my first because of all the extra blood flow but I don’t remember tearing so easy...

I don’t have any abnormal discharge but I am on Macrobid for a UTI.

Has anyone else experienced this??
