30 weeks brown watery diarrhea uncontrollable

I was feeling fine all day just sleepy since I got off early for finishing my job early and I went out to eat at 1:30pm and wasn’t sick or anything. I had some chocolate chip cookies around 6:30pm and a chocolate cake at 8pm and 20 minutes later I started hurting really bad and it was very uncomfortable and I started going and it was solid but it was runny and my 3rd time going in 35 minutes it became clear water. I went the 6th time and thought it was all away and was sleep for an hour and it’s not coming out on it’s own and all over my bed 😩 I have work at 9am and not sure if I should see doctor, ER, or just call off for the day till it passes
