SAHM question

Question for SAHM who transferred to working 40 hours a week… was it hard?

Here’s some background. I worked part time with baby #1 & baby #2 as a bartender so I saw them throughout the day because I worked nights. I didn’t feel like I missed much. Now I’ve been a SAHM after I had my third and recently my fourth who just turned 1 this month. I’ve been offered a good job 8-5 $20 a hour and all the benefits but I’m really struggling having mom guilt. Also my husband does not want me to work that’s another thing.. but I want to be able to help provide for them and especially since we have four kids I want to save for their future. Anyone else in this same boat? TIA.
