*UPDATE 06/26* BABY GIRL HAS ARRIVED AND BEAUTIFUL. Baby Girl is not waiting until August 13

Amelia

Hi mommas and all glo parents and community members!! So my due date 08/13/22. But I am on day 1 of hospital stay to start 2 days of steroids and then induction. It all started yesterday at my NST when my simple comment turned to concern that I didn't even consider.

Last week I was told I have excess fluid, huge fundal height, and a generous sized baby. So I was put on 3 days a week of NST oh and I lost my mucus plug on Monday the 20th with intense contractions that later subsided.

So yesterday I went to NST and asked for orange juice because she had been very active in 2 days and I know they look for movement. Right away I get a series of questions. I get up on machine for the 30 minute monitoring, but after 5 or 6 minutes they ask me to move to my side, then the other side a few min later, then asked to eat so of the crackers they came in with, then came in with ice cold water amd orange juice a few min after that. After those things I was sat up, laid back, then my belly was shook. After not more then 2 minor movements that didn't pass, I was taken Straight over to ultrasound. 30 min ultrasound was same thing stand up, lay down, go to side, eat drink, shake belly, poke belly, jiggle belly. Nothing, but she still maintained a great heart rate the whole time, 148 to 150 bpm which is her normal. I was sent to hospital. She didn't pass the ultrasound here either but heart was still strong.

I was start on steroids amd constant monitoring. All night they came in because her heart rate started to dip to lower end of what they say normal, 114 to 120 to 122 bpm. We would get her to 150 for literally 10 seconds. But this morning she began to move again, but now the heart rate in staying between 116 and 126. Lower end of normal for her and contractions off and on. So after tonight's second steroid shot we will discuss the induction and if we do it immediately or with a week or so. I'm 33 weeks as of today. Everything about her anatomy, profile and labs and genetics are completely normal text book perfect so that means placenta is probably shutting down.

Did anyone have anything similar? How was your baby? Any tales are fine. I'm not someone who gets scared. Should I push for immediate delivery?

We don't have family and my husband has maybe 2 friends and we have a disabled Child so I want to include my registry if you feel like helping with something please, and thank you to those even considering it and thank you for you thoughts prayers and your experiences shared. 🙏 pictures to show me and my 2 babies. Hubby doesn't like pictures lol
