Bacteria vaginosis help please 😩

Hello everyone,

My doctor did a few lab tests because I have been spotting since, I stopped my period after 5 days . I been spotting . I read my results and all the std’s are negative she wanted to make sure it was like a std. okay I did see it said , positive for BV. I asked my best friend if she’s ever had it she said no. I been with my husband 20yrs and she said , you might of got that because his being with other women and throwing your ph balance off . I caught him one time 5 yrs ago talking to a co worker can that be true ?? Sorry for my grammar , I’m really upset while texting this.
