Daughter and I getting sick since we moved to new place

We moved to Alberta in March, it was a renovated apartment, everything was new and it’s quite spacious. Well since we moved here, my daughter and I have been getting sick every other week. She sleeps in our room. Our noses are stuffed all night long and its worse for her, she gets bad cough, fever, runny nose all the time. I even had to bring her to emergency care because she was coughing so bad for days and she was vomiting. They said she might have asthma but I personally don’t believe it. I don’t remember the last time we slept through the night, we both cannot breathe and feel uncomfortable all night long. It’s been months now and I’m desperate, I tried everything I could (humidifier, opening the windows to let fresh air in), nothing works. And the weird thing is that my husband sleeps in the same room but he has never had any issues. I cried all night long yesterday because my daughter was sick and I felt powerless.

We cannot move now because our lease ends April 2023
