Sti’s (URGENT)

If anyone could please give me any advice I’d appreciate it so much! Recently I had trich and chlamydia. My partner did not know about these infections so we were both treated. I finished my antibiotics two weeks ago and he finished his this past Tuesday the 28th. We had sex the day after. I went yesterday to talk to my doc and asked for a retest. She assured me I couldn’t have gotten reinfected since we both finished treatment. However the day after we had sex I had some minor itching and today discharge(shown below) which is odorless. I want to know if I could have been reinfected? I am freaking out a lot!
