Mental abuse?

My husband & I been married almost 3 years. One moment wants a baby next not. He even had surgery to have a baby. I really want want more kids. He says he wants to improve his sex drive then the next he's saying sex would affect him at work. He says he'll be home more then doesn't show up hone until an hour or 2 before I leave. I work 3rd & he's first. I feel like he keeps making excuses. Shows me outfit to try to help but I'm too big for those... I just don't know what to think...

I've tried to talk to him he gets pissy and over talks me & doesn't listen. Everything I do and say is crazy or stupid. I'm the wife who does anything & everything. I come from work 7am up till 8 sleeps till 2 cooks and clean. While I don't ask him to do anything. Other then come home & love me. (Not just sexual)
