Is this hand foot mouth rash?

My 18 month old has this rash that has been growing, last time her doctor saw her he said it didn’t look like much but I should watch over it, I believe it has spread even more.. what can it be? Should I make an emergency appointment tomorrow? She does have a lot of diarrhea and isn’t eating since today.

Nope definitely not this looks like it could even possibly be a contact dermatitis. Maybe brushed on some grass outside or I got bitten by a little bug but definitely this is not hand foot and mouth. Depending on age you could give an age suitable antihistamine and it should take it away otherwise it should be gone in 2 to 3 days

No it looks more like heat rash/prickly heat.

Did baby have a fever before the breakout? Is it just in this location? Are there any under the feet? 
We just went through it with my 3 yr old, but she had a higher fever followed by rashes of this kind…. All over her legs thighs etc. it was terrible.
