Appraisal is higher than our offer what’s that mean?

We are in the process of buying a house for the first time. Our realtor text good news the house is appraised at 119k and fha requires no repairs. The house was listed at 115k and our offer was we pay 110k and and seller pays closing cost which was immediately accepted. Does the appraisal affect our offer deal?

I know we can ask our realtor but my hubby is at work and does the contacting (I don’t have the contact info) hubby text me that info and I seen it when I woke up which he was already gone for work. It could be awhile when he’s able to contact him and ask and let me know back since he works all day.
