Overweight?

I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 65kg... This gives me an overweight BMI reading. I'm trying to lose weight so I am healthy but it's really hard... Do you think I'm overweight? I really don't understand or like the BMI system!!! 😞

You don't look overweight at all. Weight is just a number and you should focus on how you feel in your body more than the number. I know I'm about 10 pounds over what my supposed healthy weight is but when I'm at the "healthy weight" I'm basically starving myself and I don't feel energized at all. The bmi scale is just a comparison of height to weight; it doesn't take into account how your body stores fat or fat percentage. You can't rely on that number to tell you how to feel about your body and you shouldn't.

I wosh i was 65kilos lol! 
I ised to be that but now im WAY overweight. I am 167cm and i weigh like 80kilos i need to be 56kilos on my bmi :( i will get there one day
