Weight loss tips: overweight?
Ok guys, so to start off, I am 17, 5ft7,maybe 8,and weigh around 215-17 pounds. I have really been insecure with my weight most recently in my life. I've been made fun of because of it and everything, it is miserable for me emotionally and physically, and it's just a constant struggle for me to try and find a method to lose weight, so if y'all could, do you guys know of any tips to start off with working with my weight? And what would be the healthy weight for me? Thanks 😊
