Alright y’all this is a weird question so bare with me…

I take ADHD meds every day I work. They absolutely ruin my appetite, and by the time they wear off I am starving but have no energy to cook. The thought of eating solid food during the day makes me nauseous. I can usually take a bite or two of food before I’m running to the bathroom. The solution my SO and I came to together was to drink meal replacement shakes. I got some bottles of Soylent-they’re not awful, but they’re definitely not great. However, they’re very expensive. So we bought the powder instead. The plan was to mix them into smoothies, and at first it was fine cuz I was working from home and could blend up a fresh smoothie and dump in some Soylent. BUT now I’m not wfh anymore, and work in clients homes. I don’t have access to a fridge or blender. So basically, what have y’all put Soylent into that doesn’t need to stay cold? I’ve considered applesauce but idk if it would mix in how it’s supposed to

TLDR (cuz I put WAY too much detail lol): what do you mix meal replacement powders with when you don’t have access to a fridge?
