I’m heartbroken

My fiancé is leaving me. I just found out I have pcos not that long ago. With pcos I get lots of facial hair. I guess he didn’t like that and thinks I’m a man now ????? He says I can’t give him kids no time soon. I’m 37. Been trying since 22. No kids. He told me he leaving me for someone that can give him his kids so I guess that’s it. I hope all you lovely ladies get your bfp but for me that’s out the window. I give up. Bless u
