My baby just won’t sleep

He’s 8 months old. At 5/6 months he was sleeping through the night. Sometimes MAYBE waking up for a bottle. But at 6.5 months it just went haywire. I’ve tried everything except sleep training, which is not an option for me. Anyone have any tips? I’m trying to hold off getting advice from his pediatrician because I feel like they are gonna recommend something I’m not comfortable with for my child and I don’t wanna go through the hassle of finding him a new pediatrician if I don’t have to right now.

I’m just so exhausted 😭
