Confused and stressed

I need advice! I’ve been a nanny all summer. Now that I’m pregnant I’m worried about maternity leave and job security. I got a job offer back at my old position 3.5-4 days a week (occasional 5 days) for $13.25, but they don’t have paid leave and can’t guarantee me a job back once I have the baby. However, said they’d work with me around drs appointments, etc. Or a dental office 4 days one week 5 the next $14/hr but from the handbook I see no paid leave either and I wouldn’t qualify for FMLA, and they don’t know I’m pregnant, but probably can’t guarantee a job back either. This position is getting my foot in the door because I did go to school for dental assisting. Or I can continue to nanny 5 days a week full 40hrs $17/hr, no paid leave but better potential to come back after I have a few months off after birth according to the woman I spoke with. I do love working with kids and it makes me incredibly happy. I pay for my insurance privately and my SO can put the child on his benefits from his job!
