Care in measles

Hello beautiful ladies,

So my one year old has been diagnosed with measles. He has sore throat, oral thrush, fever and an itchy rash.

Now, my grandmother says that I shouldn’t bathe him during this time and that i should keep him warm ( the temp here is 40C i.e 104F). I want to do both since the temp is v.high and he gets sweaty and dirty v.easily. Also, how can i keep him warm in an ac? I just wanted to know if these are myths or facts?

P.S. He has been vaccinated against measles
