How often do your parents see your kids?

I’m wondering for those of you that have your parents in town or close to you and your family.

When I was a kid my mom would drop us off at my grandmother’s every weekend. Sometimes a few times during the week as well.

I have two kids, my mom (my parents are split up, my dad doesn’t live in town) never sees my kids. Like once a month kinda deal. I asked her for help once so that I could take a nap (I have two under two) and she called my sister so that she could come take care of my kids so she could leave. Maybe I’m wrong but I had higher expectations for her, I want my kids to have good grandparents
