This is FOLATE correct? Not folic acid? And is this to much ? I took a half pill. Just started taking them since my prenantal still makes me sick. I’m 15 weeks and haven’t taken them since about 8/10 weeks pregnant so now I’m taking my folate as I should

That’s folic acid. It says so in the parentheses. But unless you have the MTHFR gene folic acid is fine.

I agree I think this is folic acid, and my doctor said to take a prenatal with 1000mcg so I don't think this is too much!
