Implantation bleeding??

Question

So I’m freaking out here so I did a pregnancy test last week and it was positive but today I woke up and it’s like pink blood? What is this??? I went to the obgyn today and they said it was extremely early and it could be implantation bleeding but this just seems different??

You don't see implantation bleeding after a positive test.
Bleeding in early pregnancy is very common (although not normal). Can happen because of sex and the irritation to the cervix, can also happen due to having a vaginal scan, also can happen due to a small bleed in the uterus called a sub chorionic hematoma - these often resolve themselves with very few issues.
Did you obgyn book a follow up scan?

Did they do any blood work for your HCG count so they can recheck in 2 days to see if it’s rising? 
Implantation bleeding shouldn’t have any clots, and it looks to be some clots.
