Thick Discharge Is This Normal?

Hi all sorry TMI but I had recurrent BV for a year before and finally got it down but my discharge changed. It used to be clear and very little, and when i have sex the fluid is always clear.

Now my discharge is thicker and milky, and its like this all the time. Sometimes it would get stringy during ovulation but is this normal? It doesn’t hurt or sting or itch. The smell is a bit sour/musky. It just looks weird especially during sex a lot of it would come out.

Its not yeast, did so many tests they came out negative. its not bv either. not sure what this is???

I went to the gyno and lab tests always say i have 0 good bacteria and 0 bad bacteria. Been on probiotics for a month now but still nothing changing. Anyone has this too?
