I think it honestly depends on what you do in the morning. I wake up at 5:30am for my 8:00am job with a 15 minute commute. I like to wake up early enough to take my time getting ready, cook breakfast, eat, and clean up from cooking. I also like to have extra time available to allow for things like traffic, outfit changes, and to be at my job’s parking lot between 7:45am-7:50am.

I have to be to work at 8am I have a 30 minute commute. I always wake up around 5-5:30 am. It doesn’t matter if I shower at night, I HAVE to shower again in the morning, wash my face, brush my teeth, fix my hair, get dressed, make breakfast. No matter how hard I try, I can never get ready in an hour.

This depends on a lot. Did I shower the night before? Am I dropping kids off somewhere? I have to be at work at 8. I have a 30 min drive and would typically leave my house at 7:15 to take my kids to daycare. Therefore, I’d be up by 6:15 to get my kids and myself ready to go and have a few cushion minutes in case of traffic.

Probably 6. I like to sit and drink my coffee, but i don’t take long to get ready in the mornings. I usually have outfits picked for the week and shower at night. I have to be at work at 7:30 and it’s 15 minutes away, so I leave at 7-7:05 at the latest. I get up at 5:45-6. I even pack my husband and I’s lunch, he’s up before I am so coffee is ready to go when I’m awake. I’ve been out of the habit of it but I usually meal prep our lunches on Sunday’s so they’re easy to grab and go.

If everything is done the day before like kids already at day care etc which they often are etc, I would only need like 20 mins or so to get dressed fix my hair then i could leave nothing crazy but ideally I would wake up a hour 30 before.

5am. I work out for 90 min every morning then that would give me am hour to get breakfast and shower and get ready without having to rush through it. If I didn't work out probably 6:15 alarm and out of bed at 6:30.
