Seeing a separated man

I’ve been seeing this man who is separated (claimed to have separated for months)

I’ve come to the realisation he’s lying to be about it..

I’m never allowed at his place. When we were together the other day I saw a text from his “ex” wife and he had said love you and she responded with love you too, please bring home dinner. He disappears for long periods of time and tells me not to text his phone during that time.

I know I’m describing blatant red flags, I can’t help but feel played but also I feel sorry for the woman who seems to be still with her ‘husband’

Do I just cut things off or do I inform anyone he’s having a physical and emotional relationship with me?
