Anyone had Braxton hicks feeling and not pregnant??

I have two kids, 3 and 1. I am still breastfeeding my youngest and haven’t had a cycle return. Two nights ago I had about 2 hours of what I have only ever experienced to be Braxton hicks when I was pregnant. Non painful contractions lasting a minute every few minutes when I was going to bed. It really freaked me out. Has anyone else ever had this when they weren’t pregnant? I’ve taken some tests a few months ago and they were negative… but this is kind of weird. They don’t feel like typical period cramps, but I guess it’s possible my body has changed due to pregnancies… 🤷‍♀️
