Bleeding after sex

I am 9 months pp of a c section and every time I have sex I sometimes get this weird sensation it’s not like a sharp pain but it’s like a very weird pressure like sensation as if I have to pee almost and feels very uncomfortable and then when I notice I am bleeding… it’s happen about 3 times. It happened tonight and after sex I felt so light headed and weak.. has anyone experienced this before?
