The last text I sent him was 8 days ago no response 
So I obviously know what that means, he’s not interested and doesn’t care 
Should I unfriend him?

Depends. If you’re at the stage where you’re looking up his social media and keeping tabs then I think you should unfriend him so you can move on. Seeing his social media everyday makes it harder to move forward
