This mama needs advice

My little one is 6 months old and she decided yesterday she wasn't going to take a nap she refused a nap at all costs then night time came and she refused to sleep wouldn't go to sleep for nothing then today she took maybe a 45 minute nap but that was it and now she is refusing to sleep again, we have followed a routine since she was about 6 weeks old every night, we have tried everything we made sure she was full and clean and had a dry diaper, we gave her some numbing gel on her gums in case her gums were bothering her and we tried rocking her and cuddling her letting her be by herself for a few minutes but she just won't sleep 😭 we took her to her pediatrician he said she was in perfect health and to try to let her cry it out but she wont she just screams bloody murder, im exhausted my partner is exhausted my baby is exhausted I don't know what to do 😭 any advice would be so appreciated
