2 yr old sleep regression!!! Tips? Advice?

So our 2 year old has slept in her own room in her own bed since 6 months. She has always slept through the night. Just a few days ago she has started waking in the night screaming and crying for me. She also won’t lay down for her nap. I’m having to lay with her to go to sleep or fall back to sleep. I don’t want her to get used to me in the bed with her. I don’t know what to do. She’s 2 yrs almost 4 months old. She’s also saying that she’s scared. So we have started to keep a night light on. Any tips would be appreciated.
