Docs aren’t tanking my tongue sores srsly

I’ve mentioned to my primary, I’ve mentioned to a dentist, I’ve mentioned to ENT. How I’ve been getting recurring sores (more than before) and they all seem to brush it off.

If anyone has dealt with or has had similar ones to this, what did any doc tell you? What can I do if it does end up being herpes? It doesn’t look like I’ll be getting any help from docs any time soon 😤
