Do you give in

So currently is standing in the hallway crying because I said come in the room it’s bed time it’s going about 6 min since and she won’t walk into the room. I know she wants me to pick her up but she does this to get her way will just stand in a place and cry if something is not going her way. Should I go pick her up and carry her into the room. It’s not a continuous cry it’s more like a 30 sec cry stop cry again and so on. do I let her realize she needs to be the 3 year old she is and walk into the room like she was asked to do. Or bring her in myself. I do keep repeating walk into the room please.
