Neither lay out looks good to me
I crossed out addresses and names for privacy

I don't like either. I'd change the font. Also change the format of the date as I don't like the lines between it.

Neither, I think the first one is too squished and I dislike the placement of the gap in the second one. If you’re saying “so and so’s daughter getting married to groom, son of so and so” it should all be one sentence instead of broken apart. 
I think if you keep the beginning the same as the first one but add in one or two more spaces between that and the date/other information, it would look much better.

I got my invites off of Amazon and used white paper for my RSVP's I used white paper with rose gold confetti at the top

I would say the 2nd one, because the first one has his parents listed in too large of a font and it sticks out too much. 
The 2nd one makes everything look more even. You could maybe increase the font a smidge on the bride and groom’s names but other than that it looks very professional.
