Tinnitus and Eustacian Tube Blockage Postpartum HELP!

Hi everyone,

I am beside myself experiencing 8ssues with my ears. I am usually healthy never had issues till now.

I have birth in January, in April got flu very congested in May ears felt blocked hearing had reduced GP prescribed antibiotics and referred to ENT she said I had eustacian tube fluids trapped advised to get rid of mucous build up by steaming etc which I did but still have the symptoms however grateful I can hear better. Due to the stress I was feeling suicidal I was given counselling who have discharged me not much more they can do.

The stress caused me to have constant migraine in June which affected my vision - glaring and sensitivity when transitioning to light and dark I'm awaiting to see a neuro opthalmologist.

Tinnitus has started now and it's distressing me all this is too much to bear after having baby and to focus on motherhood.

At 38 years old I feel like I am pretty much done with all this.
