Not sure what to do….

I have had to take money out of my savings to pay for things for school due to my university not properly certifying the correct amount for my student loan. This caused me to have trouble with paying for rent, groceries, and now my account is currently negative. I can’t buy anything that I need. I have tried applying for personal loans but haven’t been able to get approved. I’ve tried credit cards as well and got denied for that. I was going to use my student loan refund to reimburse myself but it seems like it’s still in the funding stage and no one from the company is picking up their phones. Anything else I can try looking into?
