I don't know what to do

I'm thirty years old and live with my parents, my neighbors have given me looks like why are you still living with your parents.

My neighbor approached my parents and asked why I still live with them as her kids have grown up and moved out why was I still living with them and my parents told her to mind her own business.

When I go outside I feel bad like this isn't my house I shouldn't be here I shouldn't be living with my parents I feel all this shame coming from my neighbors it's hard to look them in the eyes I'm heartbroken

I hate being judged.

What can I do I feel like I can't even go outside my house nosy neighbors wondering what I am doing where I'm working where I go what do I do do I go to college do I work did I go to the grocery store honestly they just look outside there windows or go outside and look and I'm just like it's hard

I have to stay in the house I hardly go out after a few neighbors starting asking about me

But it makes me ask don't I have the right to live here too? Isn't this as much my house as those houses are there's? I clean the home take care of it I pay for it I shop for it I'm quiet I'm polite I say hello wave hello I helped neighbors if they needed groceries I know that these families are adults they rent to own house they live on there own without there parents or relatives but I do and it sucks to have people watching me when they don't know me

I don't know why they judge me if there's families that rent bedrooms in their houses to complete strangers and that's none of the neighborhoods business but me living with my parents is terrible wtf they can literally get a stranger to live in the guest bedroom and pay rent and that is not a problem but adults living with parents is? If you pay rent you clean you cook you take care of your parents then there is no problem with living with your parents.
