Best drug store mascara?

Prefer under $10 washable. I have short thin lashes. So something that’ll easily apply and make them longer and thicker looking but isn’t super hard to wash off. I’ve tried Maybelline great big lash in the pink and green bottle and it don’t capture my lashes very well when applying I have to brush them too many times with it to get the product on my lashes. I tried lash sensational the pretty metallic pink Maybelline I like it but too hard to wash off. Wasn’t sure if it was water proof or washable. I like to just wash it off when I wash my face and not use makeup remover.
