Hey mommas what do you ladies take for congestion?
Ive had really bad allergies all month. One day i was fine then went out side and bam once again feeling awful.
Im exclusively breastfeeding.
Went to urgent care and the recommended a steroid shot but i had to pump and dump. So i said no.
