Swelling

When should I go in due to swelling. ?

I'm 38 weeks and for the past 3-4 days I have had EXTREME swelling in my calves and feet. To the point where I can't bend my toes.

I mentioned it to my doctor yesterday at my appointment but he kind of brushed it off because I have normal blood pressure.

But I haven't had swelling at all during the rest of my pregnancy so now I'm starting to get worried.

I have also been getting dull headaches the past week. And eye sight change.
