I'm about 6 weeks 5 days along now and today I had spotting. The blood wasn't like period blood it was more reddish brown. I have an unsettling discomfort on my lower right side. I'm concerned this is a miscarriage. Please comment down below signs I should look for if this happens to be a miscarriage! Thank you
