I'm a great student but a shitty worker.

I've always been a great student, I can knock out my classes no problem I've dealt with multiple assignments due on the same day and while it was incredibly stressful I got the job done. However, I can't apply that same energy to jobs, I've had 3 jobs and gotten fired from them all this last job I was only there for two weeks during the training period and got fired because I kept making mistakes and eventually they all added up. My second job I got fired from because of a problem with a coworker then I got rehired for a different position. I was fired from my first job because I was sick at the height of the pandemic and they couldn't take any chances. My family says the only job I get is being fired all the time. I don't understand how school is easy but having a job isn't. I want to get better, I want to improve myself so I am still applying to jobs but I'm scared I'm going to get there and make more mistakes and then get fired again. Every time I got fired I spoke it into existence because I kept making mistakes. Idk
