Blocked Duct

Give me all your tricks! I have a blocked duct on the underside of my left breast that is killing me. My son is 5.5 months old, and we have weened down to one nighttime feeding. We’ve been on one night feeding for about a month now. It’s happened a few times on my left side since weening down to one. But none of my normal tricks are working this time! I tried massaging it in the shower this morning, feeding babe every 30 minutes, extended feeding on that side, always starting on that side when doing a full feed, massaging while nursing, and I even pulled out my breast pump (which I haven’t used in 3.5 months) and pumped right after feeding him and massaging at the same time. Please help, I’m dying!
