Sudden Breastfeeding Aversion while pregnant?

My son has been EBF since he was born, never took a bottle and that never bothered me. He’s 22 months now and I wasn’t planning on weaning until after he turns 2. I’m newly pregnant, (about 5 weeks), and my son latching/nursing has been irritating me so bad for the last few days. I don’t know if it’s the hormones, but I just can’t stand when he nurses all of a sudden.

It’s making me really upset. Neither of us are ready to wean, and I was going to start the process slowly but I don’t know what else to do or if this is going to keep being like this. Help!
