Beer and breast feeding
Hey all I had a 2 beers about 4 hours ago. One 12oz 7.5% at 3pm and one 5.5% at 4:30. I just nursed my baby at 8:30. Did I wait long enough? My pump is broken so I didn’t have the pump and dump option. My baby is 11m old. Im kind of wanting to live my life but I feel like I am restricted because of breast feeding so I feel bad that I drank so please don’t judge.
