19 week scan worries

Hello everyone! I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and am due March 2nd, 2023. I had my first abdominal ultrasound/ anatomy scan last Friday at 19 weeks. The ultrasound tech wasn’t able to see everything they needed to see to make sure baby is growing okay and I am a little worried. The ultrasound tech said it was due to baby position (baby was facing towards my back at first but moved a little) and I just wanted to know if there are any other mommas who have experienced this? This is my first pregnancy so every little thing makes me worry! The ultrasound tech couldn’t see the following: Cervical spine, Thoracic spine, Apex to the left, 4 chamber heart, right ventricular outflow tract, and left ventricular outflow tract. Also wanted to add that my baby’s heartbeat is always normal and strong during each checkup. Thanks for any advice or comments in advanced ❤️
