French food, olives -pasteurized in US?
Might be a stupid question. I google what cheese is not pasteurize and avoid it. Well, I went to a French restaurant and all their sauces have cheese. I asked the waiter and he asked me back “are cheese pasteurize in the US?” Well, the French sauce cheese is not on the list. I just went with the no sauce route just to be safe.
Now, I am craving green olives and internet says to find pasteurize olives. Google returns no pasteurize olives and idk if it’s in the US or not.
